If you work a single shift (a 4-5 hour period), you receive two (2) day passes to the festival (a $60 value at the gate) and free parking (a $5 value). Volunteers who want to give more time can work two shifts (8-10 hours total) and receive, in addition, unlimited access to all evening Festival events, a coupon for a 25% discount on a festival t-shirt. Details Regarding Your Benefits:
DAY PASSES
If you are working inside the Festival during the day on Saturday or Sunday, you must use one of your day passes to enter and work your shift (excludes Parking Lot Crew, Parking Fee Collectors, Gate A Controllers, and Entry Control IF you don't enter the Festival the same day).
You may use your extra day pass for yourself on the day (Saturday or Sunday) that you are not working. Alternatively, you can give that pass to someone else (either for the day you work your shift or the other day).
If you work before or after Festival or evenings only, you can opt to give both day passes to someone else. Day passes are good for entering the Festival on Saturday or Sunday.
DISCOUNT ON FESTIVAL TEE-SHIRTS (Double Shift Volunteers only)
Coupon is good for a 25% discount on a Festival tee-shirt at the CTMS Country Store.
ADMITTANCE TO ALL EVENING EVENTS (Double Shift Volunteers only)
Volunteers will receive a special wrist band that will admit them to all the Friday and Saturday evening events.
Volunteers who attend any evening concert must wait to be seated until after all paid ticket holders are seated.
